AnaiRhoads.org - An unidentified 38 year-old male filed a police report against an Alexandria, Virginia doctor in November 2003 claiming the INS approved physician had molested him.

Dr. Fausto Fernandez was registered by the INS to accept patients who require physical examinations for immigration. It was during one of the INS medical examinations that the doctor inappropriately touched the patient.

An arrest warrant was issued Tuesday, which prompted Fernandez to turn himself in. The 64 year-old was released on bail just hours after being charged with one count of sexual battery.

It is unclear if there are other victims, but authorities are asking anyone with information, or anyone who has dealt with Fernandez in the past, to come forward.
