AnaiRhoads.org - A northern Virginia pet store is refusing to give customers breed registry papers or the interstate health certificate for each puppy they sell.
The family owned and operated Royal Pet Shop & Kennel, formerly known as Landmark Pet Shop, insists that they do not support puppy mills on their web site, however they dodge questions about the "local breeders".
Please join us in putting pressure on this puppy mill supporter. Let them know that they are required to provide registry papers and interstate health certificates. Ask why they refuse to comply if they say they do not support puppy mills.

E-mail the owner at rylpt@msn.com and demand answers - ask why they keep the breeders' names and addresses private.
Even if the breeder requests privacy, customers are entitled to know their information. At any time something happens to the pup, the customer has no access.
Responsible breeders supply their contact information and offer tips to the new owner. Those who do not, are not reputable breeders and often have a lot to hide.
